Striking & Modern Hamptons Home for Sale $23,950,000

Hamptons-based designer Tamara Magel had the unique opportunity to collaborate with real estate developer de la Motte Schult on a 12,600 square foot turnkey Sagaponack property. She was asked to furnish the interiors, from the lighting fixtures to the flatware in the cupboards, with an endless budget. A year and a half went into this labor of love that turned an empty lot into a sweeping 11-bedroom, and 12-bathroom estate. This home is for sale for $23,950.00….with an offer already in place!
