Magical Eco Friendly Montecito Mansion

This fabulous Montecito home, designed by acclaimed local architect Barton Myers, is a 3,991-square-foot mansion nuzzled on 10.4 acres of lush, super private land. This pioneering home was designed with the surrounding SoCal landscape in mind. Made entirely of sustainable materials such as steel, glass, and concrete, the eco-conscious estate boasts an open indoor-outdoor layout and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean—thanks to floor-to ceiling windows in nearly every room that overlook the beach.
